After the interview is complete, we may ask for additional photos or ask you questions via email.

We ask for your cooperation to ensure that operations go smoothly on the implementation day.

We will call you the day before the visit to confirm your visit.

If you need to change the date due to a sudden fever or your child having a fever, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged, so please be sure to contact us by 6pm two days before your reservation.

On the day of the visit, we will make a final confirmation of the work to be done with the customer, and after confirming the work, we will carry out the work in the customer's presence.

When the work is completed, you will be asked to sign the completion certificate and the job is complete.
