Q: I want to remodel, but I just want to know the budget first.
Even if you have not yet decided on the date for remodeling or renovation, we will provide you with a rough estimate of the budget for the first time free of charge. However, if we are unable to actually check the condition of the property to be remodeled or renovated on-site, there may be an error in the estimate.
Q: I would like to outsource only the parts I can't do and do the parts I can by myself.
Of course it is possible. For example, if it seems like it will exceed your budget or if you want to do it yourself, we will make a proposal based on your budget and wishes. We can also give advice on DIY, so please feel free to contact us. (DIY consultations are only available to customers who have requested us.)
Q,どの地域でもリフォームの依頼は出来ますか？
We are very sorry, but currently we only provide remodeling, renovation and storage services within Fukuoka Prefecture .
Q: Can I order items other than large furniture?
Small items are also possible, but depending on the materials used, we may not be able to propose something within your desired budget or if materials that we cannot handle are used, we may not be able to respond to your request. Orders are possible, but once you have confirmed the estimate, you will need to make a decision and officially place an order.
Q: I am renting, can I renovate the property?
We are currently only accepting rental property requests from owners.
Q: Can I request space coordination without a major renovation?
Yes, you can make a request. We will select and suggest items that suit the space you want to create, from imported items to small items.
Q: Can I order large items such as cash registers for use in stores?
We accept orders. Please let us know the image you want to create, and in order to create a solid branding, we will help you materialize your abstract image while respecting your worldview, from store fixtures to fixtures by handmade artists.
Q: How long does it take to deliver custom-made furniture?
As furniture products are made to order, delivery takes approximately 21 to 40 days. It depends on the number of orders at the time, but if you have any questions about delivery time, please contact us at the time of ordering.
Q: I don’t have a large budget or I want to renovate the house little by little while I live there.
