About application
● In the consulting plan, we do not actually visit the customer's site to provide services, but rather provide services entirely by email.
This service is completed through communication (excluding video call options).
●The contract will be concluded once the application completion notice has been sent.
Once your application has been completed, we will not allow cancellations or refunds due to customer convenience.
●If you do not submit photos, images, interview sheets, etc. after applying, we will not be able to create a proposal, so please submit them as soon as possible. If you are late in submitting your request, it may take several days to make a proposal due to overlapping with requests from other customers. Thank you for your understanding.
●If we do not receive a response from you within three months of sending the interview sheet, your application will be canceled. Please note that we will not be able to refund your money in this case. If you have any changes to your plans, please contact us with the date clearly stated.
●We will not accept refunds for reasons such as customer dissatisfaction or not being satisfied with the proposal.
●We may ask you to submit photos taken from different angles for each location.
●All photos received from customers will be disposed of promptly and in accordance with regulations after the service is completed.
●We will not use any photos you provide us without your permission.
●We cannot accommodate changes to plans after your application has been completed. After the plan you applied for ends, please apply again for a different plan.
