  • Is it possible to tidy up without throwing things away?
    We will always dispose of items with the customer's consent, so we will not force people to throw things away. Different people have different things that are important to them, and their values vary widely. However, it is true that one problem that can arise when tidying up is having too many things, which can lead to problems such as not being able to recognize that you have them and buying new things, or not being able to make use of the things you already have.
  • I would like to have it cleaned instead of stored.
    We are very sorry, but although mère provides cleaning services for storage, renovation, and remodeling services, we are not a cleaning company and cannot accept requests for cleaning only. In addition, we do not accept cleaning of areas unrelated to storage, renovation, and remodeling, or disposal of garbage, so please understand this before applying.
  • Can you provide a storage case?
    If requested, we can prepare it for you in time for your visit. Storage cases will be charged separately.
  • Is there anything I need to prepare?
    We ask that customers bring their own vacuum cleaners, dustcloths, garbage bags, buckets, etc.
  • Can you help with cleaning as well?
    Our storage service does not include cleaning services, but we will help you tidy up any dust or trash that is generated during the storage process, so we ask that you prepare a vacuum cleaner, dust rags, etc. in advance.
  • Will you dispose of the trash?
    We will assist you in putting the waste generated by the service into garbage bags, etc., but we ask that you dispose of it. When deciding on a work day, please consider the days for burnable waste and bulky waste.
  • Even if I use the service, it seems like it will soon become messy again.
    If your room becomes messy even after you have tidy up once, there is always a reason for this. First, we ask our customers to tell us about their current situation, and after examining the situation, we identify the cause of the problem and propose storage solutions that suit the customer. A typical example is when things increase and there is no storage space, causing the room to become cluttered.
  • Should I do some tidying up before the visit?
    There is no need to tidy up in advance as we will understand the customer's current situation and determine what kind of problems they are experiencing based on that.
  • I would like to clean up all the rooms, but I would like to know the cost and time required.
    We cannot give you a general answer as it depends on the current state and size of your home. We will provide you with a quote after checking the condition and size of the room, photos, etc., so please contact us using the quote form .
  • Is there any guarantee if I am not satisfied with the service?
    We do not have a guarantee or refund system, but we will do our best to provide you with a service that satisfies you. Please feel free to contact us before applying if you have any concerns or questions.
  • Can I request storage services for my child's (single-living) home or my parents' home?
    This can only be requested if the contract is concluded with the wishes and consent of the person living in the property. If the client and the person living at the visit location are different, we will confirm the schedule and service details with both parties in advance.
  • I don't have anyone to watch my children, so I'm worried about whether I'll be able to finish my work on time.
    If you have small children, you may have to stop working to feed them or change their diapers. If you are forced to respond to a sudden fever or injury while working, We will reschedule the appointment so that your mother can receive the service at a time that is convenient for her (free of charge). When cleaning up, we cannot do the work without the person in question being present, Please feel free to contact us if this happens.
  • I'm a man. Can I request this?
    If the client or attendant is a single-person male household, we regret to say that we will be unable to accept your request due to safety concerns.
  • Until when can I cancel?
    If you wish to cancel (cancel) the storage service for your own convenience, it will be free of charge up until two days before the visit date. Cancellations made the day before the visit will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations made on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If your child suddenly develops a fever or you need to change the date due to a hospital visit, please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
  • I live in a prefecture other than Fukuoka. Can I still make a request?
    Currently, we only provide renovation and storage services in Fukuoka Prefecture , but we are currently making arrangements to provide online services. We can also provide services within the Kyushu region, but the cost may be expensive as travel expenses, actual travel costs, and lodging fees, if required, will be charged separately from the storage service.   • Can I consult with you before deciding whether to hire you?
    As a matter of possible prior consultation, we can discuss any questions you may have about the service process or any other points you are unsure about. Specific consultations and advice regarding storage will be provided after your application has been completed and your request has been confirmed.
