Notes and requests (please read)

・Your presence will always be present during the service.

・If you have small children or pets, please be careful to avoid unexpected injuries or falls while working.

We ask that you kindly provide this information.

・(Customers requesting this service while their children are at home)
In order to prevent unexpected injuries and accidents, and in places that are rarely used, children with allergies may develop allergies. We will ventilate the room while working, but please be considerate to children so that they do not feel burdened. In that case, we ask that you move to another room.

・(Customers with pets)
Pets are just as important members of the family as children, so we ask that you take measures such as moving them to a separate room to prevent them from getting injured or having accidents.

- If there are any areas you do not want people to enter or anything you do not want them to touch, please be sure to let us know before work begins.

・If you have allergies, you may experience symptoms when moving objects in places that you do not normally touch, so please prepare masks, protective goggles, gloves, etc. in advance.

- You cannot tidy up a family member's room or belongings without their consent.

・We do not accept dangerous work (working at heights, moving heavy objects, etc.).

・Please understand that this is different from housekeeping services or house cleaning services, and that our main focus is storage.

・Please wear gloves and a mask while working.


When we start the service, we will confirm your request and carry out the work.

・We may ask you to drink fluids during work to prevent heatstroke.

・Please be sure to manage and keep your valuables and money safe yourself. We will not be held responsible for any damage, staining, or loss of valuables or money that occurs due to improper management.

・Before starting work, we will ask you about your wishes and carry out the work. Once the work is completed, we will explain the location where the work will be completed and ask you to sign the completion document after confirming that your belongings have not been damaged or lost.


・Please contact us by 6:00 p.m. two days before the visit if you wish to cancel. Cancellations the day before will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the plan, and cancellations on the day will incur a cancellation fee of 100%. If your child has a fever, etc., please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule the date.

・Please be sure to be at home on the day of the visit. If you are not there 30 minutes after the scheduled visit, your appointment will be canceled on the day.


・Please take care of any waste generated during the work to avoid loss or inconvenience.

・We ask that customers dispose of any waste generated during work.
